CoinDCX has appointed Rana Hazarika as Vice President of Product Management, bringing experience across fintech, consumer technology and digital platforms to the digital-asset company.
Hazarika’s background spans product strategy, product management, user growth, personalisation, customer experience and data-driven product development. His appointment adds senior product leadership as CoinDCX continues to develop its customer-facing digital platform.
Before joining CoinDCX, Hazarika served as Vice President of Product Management at Junglee Games and Paytm. His time at Paytm gave him experience within India’s large-scale fintech ecosystem, while his tenure at Junglee Games added exposure to consumer-focused digital products and user engagement.
Earlier, Hazarika held product leadership roles at upGrad, Expedia Group and Naukri.com, working across online education, travel technology and recruitment platforms.
His experience across different digital businesses includes building products around user journeys, personalisation, engagement and data-driven decision-making.
Before moving into senior product roles, Hazarika worked in business planning and strategy at HP and began his technology career in software engineering at Samsung Electronics.
This combination of engineering, business strategy and product management has given him experience across technology development, customer behaviour and commercial strategy.
Hazarika holds a Post Graduate Programme in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.
At CoinDCX, his mandate places this product experience within the digital-asset sector. The company has not disclosed a specific product roadmap or technology programme that he will lead as part of the appointment.
His background in personalisation and data-driven products adds to CoinDCX’s product leadership capabilities as the company continues to develop digital experiences for its users.
