Keka HR has appointed Divya Singh as Director Strategic Accounts – India, bringing nearly 20 years of experience across strategic accounts, enterprise partnerships, business development, product leadership and sales.
In her new role, Singh will join Keka’s India business as the company continues to expand its HR and payroll technology platform across growing and enterprise organisations.
Singh joins Keka after more than 11 years with SHRM India, where she most recently served as General Manager. She led regional growth, enterprise partnerships and strategic business expansion across South India, with responsibility for a revenue portfolio of around INR 120 million.
During her tenure at SHRM India, Singh held several leadership positions, including Product Lead Pan India & Senior Regional Manager, Lead Product Manager, Product Lead Pan India & Regional Manager, Regional Manager and Deputy Regional Manager. These roles gave her experience across enterprise relationships, regional business development, product strategy and the HR ecosystem.
Before SHRM India, Singh spent more than 2 years with Simplilearn across roles in enterprise learning solutions, key account management, inside sales and lead generation. She managed sales cycles from prospecting and proposal development to closure, while also working on enterprise customer acquisition, revenue forecasting and client relationships.
Earlier, she served as Product Specialist at Value Point Systems Pvt Ltd and Program Manager at Staples.
Her initial career included roles such as Business Development Manager at Print Point, Assurance Manager at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and Relationship Manager at Indiabulls.
With experience across enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, account management, product leadership and business expansion, Singh brings a broad commercial background to her new mandate at Keka HR.
