Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday said the youth of the state should not merely seek employment but should become entrepreneurs who create jobs.
In an open message to the people of Uttar Pradesh, Adityanath said the state’s identity is defined not only by its market and manpower but also by the skills of its youth and the talents of its artisans, craftsmen and entrepreneurs.

The youth of the state should not just be seekers of employment, but rather entrepreneurs who create jobs—this is the vision with which the government has opened new doors of opportunity for the youth…”
In the same post, he said the fourth edition of the UP International Trade Show will be held from September 25 to 29 at the India Expo Centre and Mart in Greater Noida.
“…with the objective of providing a global platform to the products of Uttar Pradesh, and enabling the world to recognize the hard work of our artisans, entrepreneurs, and farmers, the UP International Trade Show was initiated in the year 2023.”
Adityanath further urged the youth, students, innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs of the state to make the most of the opportunity by attending the event in large numbers, exploring new connections and markets, and seeking opportunities aligned with their talents and capabilities.
“Through your efforts, local strengths will reach global markets, and on this very foundation, we will advance toward the goal of a one trillion dollar economy, thereby realizing the dream of a developed Uttar Pradesh,” he said.
Scheduled from September 25 to 29, at India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, the trade show is a reflection of Uttar Pradesh’s commitment to fostering economic growth and industrial excellence. Aligned with the vision of Make in India, Vocal for Local, and Aatmanirbhar Bharat, this event promotes investment, trade collaborations, and sectoral advancements across diverse industries, including manufacturing, technology, handicrafts, agriculture, and more.
