With a diverse background in human resources and people strategy, Saiyam Jain has been appointed as India HR Head at Foxconn, where he will lead the company’s HR mandate for India.
Jain brings extensive experience across people strategy, rewards, performance management, HR transformation, analytics and organisational effectiveness.
Before joining Foxconn, Jain was associated with Hero FinCorp and PeopleStrong, following an earlier stint with Capgemini.
His career also includes experience with Publicis.Sapient, Consolidated Retail, WNS Global Services and Landmark Group. Across these roles, he has built expertise in HR transformation, people analytics, performance management and organisational development.
