KPMG Global Delivery Center has appointed Swati Murarka as Director – India Head, Workforce Management, bringing extensive experience in workforce management, resource planning, budgeting, business analytics and operational efficiency.
Murarka joins KPMG India from B S R & Co. LLP, where she most recently served as Associate Director.
She has also spent several years with KPMG India, taking on roles including Associate Director, Resource Manager and Senior Business Analyst. Her experience covers workforce planning, revenue and utilization analysis, budgeting, resource allocation, MIS reporting and process automation. These areas have supported leadership decision-making and business performance.
Murarka began her professional career as an Analyst at Samriddhi Financial Limited and later worked with Edelweiss Broking Limited.
