
Google has appointed Dilip Roussenaly as Managing Director, APAC Product & Sales Activation, expanding his leadership role across Google Customer Solutions (GCS) in Asia-Pacific. He will be based in Singapore.
Roussenaly joined Google in June 2022 as Director, APAC Revenue Strategy & Operations – GCS Sales. In that role, he led go-to-market strategy and sales operations across Australia and New Zealand, Greater China, India, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia.
His work included helping small and medium-sized businesses connect with customers through Google Ads and supporting the expansion of AI-enabled capabilities across the sales organisation.
Before joining Google, Roussenaly was Vice President, Product & Global Business – Quick Commerce at Delivery Hero, where he led an on-demand grocery delivery business across more than 50 countries. His responsibilities covered strategy, product and technology, data science and analytics, commercial operations, marketing, business development and P&L performance.
He previously served as Managing Director, GrabFood Singapore at Grab, leading the food delivery business through a period of major growth and market expansion.
Roussenaly also spent more than 3 years with Yum! Brands, including as Chief Operating Officer – KFC Asia. He worked with franchise partners across multiple Asian markets and supported operations across more than 3,500 restaurants. Earlier, he was Director, Operations – KFC France.
His career also includes 5 years at McKinsey & Company, where he progressed to Associate Partner, and nearly 5 years with GE HealthCare, where he held roles in sales operations, manufacturing engineering and its leadership programme.
Roussenaly brings experience across strategy, operations, sales, technology, product management, P&L leadership and business transformation across Asia and other international markets.
