Procter & Gamble (P&G) has elevated Preeti Khullar to the role of Director, expanding her leadership mandate across Fulfillment Operations, Site Controls and Governance, and Plant Shared Services.
Khullar brings more than 8 years of experience with P&G, having taken on progressively senior roles across manufacturing operations, capacity expansion, new product launches and supply chain transformation.
Before her elevation, she served as Senior Manager – Capacity Expansion & Launch Leader, Fabric Liquids Business Unit. In this role, she led manufacturing transitions and New Product Introduction programmes, while working across product launches, supply chain transformation, portfolio growth and cost optimisation.
Earlier, as Senior Manager – Operations Department Head, Fabric Care, Khullar managed end-to-end manufacturing operations for Ariel and Tide Liquids. Her responsibilities included capacity expansion, digitisation and portfolio transformation to support business growth.
Khullar has also held leadership roles in P&G’s Baby Care business. As Senior Manager – Technical Group Leader and Contract Manufacturing Site Head, she managed contract manufacturing operations for Pampers while overseeing technical and project management functions.
Before that, she served as Operations Manager – Baby Care, focusing on manufacturing reliability, productivity, supply chain performance and continuous process improvement.
Khullar joined P&G in 2018 as Operations Manager – Feminine Care, where she led manufacturing operations for Whisper Ultra in India.
Before P&G, she spent nearly 4 years with Reliance Industries Limited as Manager – Operations and Technical Services – Petrochemicals. Her work there covered polymer manufacturing, process optimisation, reliability enhancement and operational improvement.
Khullar holds a PGPM from the Indian School of Business (ISB). Her career progression from manufacturing and technical operations to broader leadership responsibilities reflects experience across operational excellence, manufacturing transformation, capacity expansion, product launches, supply chain, governance, cost optimisation and people leadership.
In her new role as Director, Khullar will oversee key cross-functional responsibilities supporting P&G’s manufacturing and fulfillment operations.
