Everest Group has promoted Karan Bhalla as Director – Global Talent Acquisition, strengthening its global talent and recruitment leadership.
In his new role, Karan will lead talent acquisition strategy across geographies, strengthen hiring processes, develop leadership pipelines, and support growth across consulting, advisory, business development, and corporate functions.
Karan brings more than 16 years of experience in talent acquisition, leadership hiring, strategic workforce planning, recruitment transformation, talent intelligence, and stakeholder management. At Everest Group, he has focused on aligning workforce priorities with business goals, partnering with CXOs and senior leaders, and developing scalable hiring models across markets.
Before joining Everest Group, Karan served as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition, South Asia at IQVIA, where he led recruitment strategy for consulting and commercial functions across the region. His responsibilities included leadership hiring, niche capability development, workforce planning, market intelligence, and building talent pipelines across analytics, healthcare, and life sciences consulting.
Earlier, Karan spent more than 7 years with KPMG, serving as Associate Director – Talent Acquisition Leader for the Advisory Practice. He led hiring across strategy, risk, deal advisory, transformation, and government consulting. He also worked on recruitment operating models, DEI-focused sourcing, market intelligence, and building high-performing talent acquisition teams.
Karan began his career with roles including Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition for the Tax Practice at Deloitte, Recruitment Specialist at American Express, and Recruiter at Royal Bank of Scotland. These roles helped build his expertise across technology, banking, consulting, and professional services recruitment.
He holds an MBA in Business Management from Amity University, Greater Noida Campus.
