Strengthening its leadership team for the next stage of expansion, InsuranceDekho has appointed Rohan Mittal as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
In his new role, he will lead the company’s finance, capital strategy, and governance functions, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in scaling businesses, restructuring operations, and building high-growth organizations.
Before joining InsuranceDekho, Mittal served as Group CFO at RateGain, where he played a key role during the company’s USD 280 million acquisition of Sojern and its subsequent integration, helping the business more than double its revenue. Earlier, he was CFO at Yatra Online during its India IPO and was part of the leadership team at Allcargo-Gati, where the company reduced its debt from INR 440 crore to INR 180 crore, while its stock price increased from INR 61 to INR 180 within 12 months. He also served as CFO at Rivigo during the period leading to its acquisition by Mahindra Logistics.

Mittal has received several industry recognitions, including BW 40 Under 40 (Finance), Young CFO of the Year, and recognition among the Global 200 Power Finance Leaders. He holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech (Hons.) from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh.
