Saatvik Solar has appointed Arindam Chakraborty as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). He brings extensive experience in HR leadership, organizational transformation, and workforce development across the renewable energy and automotive sectors.
Before joining Saatvik Solar, Chakraborty served as SVP & Head – Global HR at Vikram Solar, where he led global HR initiatives focused on organization design, workforce planning, succession management, ESOP implementation, and HR transformation to support the company’s growth.
Earlier in his career, he held senior HR leadership positions at Vikram Solar, Ashok Leyland, and Royal Enfield. Across these roles, he was responsible for driving people strategy, organizational development, learning and development, customer experience, and talent transformation.
With his extensive expertise in HR leadership, workforce capability building, and organizational excellence, Chakraborty is expected to play a key role in strengthening Saatvik Solar’s people strategy and supporting its continued growth.
