Suzlon Group has appointed Anjali Byce as its Group Chief Human Resources Officer (Group CHRO).
In her new role, she will lead the company’s people strategy, talent transformation, leadership development, and organizational capability agenda, supporting Suzlon Group’s continued growth and strengthening its position in India’s renewable energy sector.
Anjali brings extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership across multiple industries. Before joining Suzlon Group, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer – TMPVL at Tata Motors.
Earlier in her career, she held senior HR leadership roles at STL – Sterlite Technologies Limited, SKF India, Thermax Limited, Cummins Sales and Service India Limited, Cummins Research and Technology India Limited, Bajaj Life Insurance, and Tata Motors. Throughout these roles, she led enterprise-wide initiatives in human resources, industrial relations, leadership development, organizational transformation, and workforce engagement.
Her appointment reflects Suzlon Group’s continued focus on strengthening its people strategy and leadership capabilities as it advances its growth journey in the renewable energy sector.
