GE HealthCare strengthens North America HR leadership with Jennifer Latshaw Maclay's promotion

GE HealthCare has promoted Jennifer Latshaw Maclay to Head of Human Resources, US & Canada, expanding her leadership responsibilities across the company’s largest regional workforce.

In her new role, Jennifer will lead the HR function across the United States and Canada, aligning people strategy with business priorities while driving organisational culture, talent development, organisational effectiveness, and operational excellence.

Jennifer has built an outstanding 26-year career with GE HealthCare, holding a wide range of HR leadership roles across talent management, organisational transformation, commercial HR, consulting, and business partnering.

Before her promotion, she served as Talent Leader – United States & Canada, where she led regional talent strategy, leadership development, transformation, and culture initiatives. Earlier, she was Transformation and Change Leader, serving as a member of GE HealthCare’s inaugural Transformation Office and leading enterprise-wide organisational change and transformation programmes.

Previously, Jennifer held the role of HR Vice President – Commercial, Marketing & Partners, where she led talent strategy across the commercial and marketing functions while supporting the company’s consulting business. She also served as HR Executive – GE HealthCare Partners, helping build the global HR strategy for the rapidly expanding consulting business across multiple countries while contributing to business transformation and profitability.

Her earlier career at GE HealthCare included leadership roles as HR Director – Global Performance Solutions, Senior HR Manager – Performance Solutions Americas, Senior HR Manager – Commercial, HR Leader – Magnetic Resonance Business, HR Manager – Global Services, and Talent Acquisition Manager – Commercial. These roles helped her build extensive expertise in organisational design, leadership development, talent acquisition, change management, compensation, and workforce strategy.

Before joining GE HealthCare, Jennifer worked as HR Manager – Union Relations at John Deere, where she gained valuable experience in labour and employee relations.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Labor and Employee Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

With nearly 3 decades of HR leadership experience, Jennifer brings deep expertise in human resources strategy, organisational transformation, talent management, culture change, leadership development, organisational design, change management, and workforce planning. Her promotion reflects GE HealthCare’s continued focus on strengthening its people leadership across the US and Canada.
