Lenovo has announced the promotion of Hina Mahmood to Senior HR Partner – Lenovo Experience Group (LXG) and Corporate Strategic Alliances & Group Operations HR PMO. The appointment highlights the company’s continued focus on strengthening strategic HR leadership to support business growth and organizational transformation across its global operations.
In her expanded role, Hina will work closely with business leaders across the Lenovo Experience Group (LXG), Corporate Strategic Alliances, and the Group Operations HR PMO. She will lead people strategy, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent initiatives, and cross-functional HR programs aligned with Lenovo’s global business priorities.
Hina has been with Lenovo for more than 7 years, taking on several HR leadership roles with increasing responsibilities. Most recently, she served as HR Partner – LXG and Corporate Strategic Alliances & Group Ops HR PMO. Before that, she was HR Partner – Lenovo Experience Group (LXG) & Group Operations HR PMO, where she contributed to enterprise-wide HR initiatives, leadership partnership, organizational planning, and operational excellence.
Earlier in her tenure, she supported the Intelligent Devices Group (IDG) Commercial business as an HR Partner, helping strengthen employee engagement, talent management, and business-focused people strategies.
Before joining Lenovo, Hina worked as HR Manager at EDTS, LLC, leading a wide range of HR initiatives that supported organizational growth and employee development. She also completed the Accelerated Development Program at Trane Technologies, gaining experience across multiple HR functions. Earlier, she served as a Human Resources Representative at Volvo Group, building expertise in employee relations, HR operations, and talent management. She began her HR career as a Human Resources Intern at Liberty Hardware.
Hina holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. With more than 10 years of experience across technology, manufacturing, engineering, and professional services, she has developed expertise in business partnering, organizational development, HR program management, workforce strategy, leadership support, and enterprise transformation. Her promotion reflects Lenovo’s confidence in her ability to lead people-focused initiatives across key global business functions.
