The House of Abhinandan Lodha has appointed Pankhuri Seth as Head of Human Resources, where she will lead the company’s enterprise-wide people strategy and organizational transformation. Her appointment reflects the company’s focus on building a scalable, high-performance culture as it enters its next phase of growth.

In her new role, Pankhuri will oversee the company’s people agenda, including organizational capability, leadership succession, talent strategy, culture, performance management, total rewards, HR operations, compliance, and people governance. She will work closely with the leadership team to build a future-ready organization that supports the company’s business expansion.

Before joining The House of Abhinandan Lodha, Pankhuri served as Vice President & Head – HRBP, Rewards, Performance, Employee Engagement and HR Operations at Jio-bp, while also serving as a Board Member of RSIL. She partnered with business leaders to drive HR strategy, organizational transformation, change management, talent development, and employee experience.

Earlier, she was Head of Human Resources at Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited, where she led workforce planning, organization design, rewards, talent strategy, performance management, HR transformation, post-merger integration, HR digitization, and modernization of the HR business partnering model. She also focused on building leadership pipelines and aligning people strategy with business transformation.

Before that, Pankhuri led Corporate Human Resources, Talent, Organization Development and CSR at Starbucks India. During her tenure, she managed workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, HR digitization, employer branding, diversity and inclusion, learning architecture, and employee engagement. She also strengthened the company’s employer value proposition, expanded its digital employer brand presence, and improved gender diversity across the organization.

She previously worked as HR Business Partner for the Domestic Projects Group at Voltas Limited, leading strategic HR planning, HR analytics, competency frameworks, performance management, learning and capability development, policy design, and employee engagement initiatives.

Pankhuri also headed consulting at Universal Business Solutions, advising organizations on HR transformation, leadership development, succession planning, performance management, and organizational capability building. Earlier in her career, she worked on talent management and employee engagement at Raymond Limited and spent more than 5 years with HDFC Standard Life Insurance, supporting large-scale expansion, competency-based recruitment, performance management, and regional HR operations.

She holds an MBA in Human Resources from the University of Lucknow and has completed a Leadership Development Programme at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. With nearly 20 years of experience across real estate, energy, retail, paints, hospitality, engineering, financial services, and consulting, she brings extensive expertise in strategic HR leadership, organizational transformation, leadership development, rewards, performance management, talent strategy, culture building, and HR governance.
