In her new role, Amy will lead Tenneco’s global talent acquisition strategy, overseeing worldwide hiring principles, standards, and processes to support recruitment excellence across the organization.
Amy brings more than 8 years of leadership experience at Tenneco, with expertise in human resources, talent management, leadership development, and operational excellence. She will be responsible for strengthening the company’s global talent acquisition framework, driving consistent hiring standards, enhancing employer branding, and helping attract and retain top talent across international markets.
Before taking on this role, Amy served as Senior Director, Human Resources, where she led HR operations across the United States. She focused on improving operational efficiency, supporting plant leadership development, and advancing business transformation initiatives. Earlier, as Director, Talent Management, she led succession planning and leadership pipeline development across the Americas region.
During her career at Tenneco, Amy also held several leadership positions, including Senior Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Manager / Regional HR Program Manager, HR Manager, and HR Generalist. These roles provided her with extensive experience in workforce planning, HR operations, employee development, manufacturing HR, and organizational effectiveness.
Before joining Tenneco, Amy worked in operational leadership roles at Target, PetSmart, and JCPenney. She gained valuable expertise in operations management, team leadership, employee training, and organizational development. Her experience across the retail, manufacturing, and human resources sectors has helped her build a strong understanding of developing high-performing teams and aligning people strategies with business goals.
As Senior Director, Global Talent Acquisition, Amy will lead Tenneco’s efforts to strengthen global hiring strategies, build stronger talent pipelines, standardize recruitment practices, and support the company’s long-term growth by attracting exceptional talent worldwide.
