mple.ai has appointed Hetal Desai as India Business Head, strengthening its leadership team as the company expands enterprise AI adoption and grows its presence in one of its key markets. In his new role, Hetal will lead the company’s India business, focusing on strategic growth, market expansion, enterprise customer success, and AI-led business transformation while working closely with C-suite leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Hetal brings more than 25 years of experience in business growth, enterprise transformation, enterprise sales, and P&L leadership. His expertise includes growth strategy, go-to-market execution, customer success, leadership development, and commercial transformation, helping organizations achieve sustainable growth through digital innovation.
Before joining mple.ai, Hetal served as a Strategic Business & Growth Consultant, advising founders and leadership teams on business strategy, enterprise sales, revenue growth, and market expansion. Prior to that, he spent more than 6 years at enParadigm, where he most recently served as President & Business Head, leading the company’s India operations with full P&L responsibility. During his tenure, he delivered double-digit revenue growth, strengthened CXO relationships, expanded strategic accounts, and accelerated enterprise adoption of digital learning and leadership solutions.
Earlier, as Senior Vice President & National Sales Head at enParadigm, Hetal played a key role in driving business growth by expanding strategic accounts, strengthening consultative selling capabilities, and supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.
His professional journey also includes entrepreneurial experience as Co-Founder & Director of Accura Consulting, along with leadership roles at Fazlani Altius Business School, Dale Carnegie Training, Kelly Services India, TeamLease Services, Kanakia Group, Adecco India, and World Information Technology. Throughout his career, he has built strong expertise in business development, strategic partnerships, sales leadership, and organizational growth.
As India Business Head, Hetal will lead mple.ai’s efforts to accelerate AI adoption across enterprises, expand its customer base, strengthen strategic partnerships, and help organizations transform frontline learning and performance through AI-powered solutions.
