Bajaj Electricals has appointed Tiny Sengupta as its Chief Marketing Officer, effective June 29, 2026

In her new role, she will lead the company’s marketing function, overseeing integrated marketing strategy and brand positioning for both Bajaj and Morphy Richards.

With more than 22 years of global experience across the healthcare and FMCG sectors, Tiny brings extensive expertise in brand building, marketing strategy, consumer engagement, and business growth. Throughout her career, she has worked with leading global and Indian organizations, including Johnson & Johnson, Marico, Dabur, Henkel, and GSK.

Before joining Bajaj Electricals, Tiny served as Country Director – Vision Care at Johnson & Johnson India, where she focused on strengthening brand equity and expanding the company’s market presence across India.

Commenting on the appointment, Shekhar Bajaj, Chairman, Bajaj Electricals, said, “We are pleased to welcome Sengupta to our leadership team at a pivotal time.”
