Ahead of its official debut, new details about the Nothing Phone 4b have surfaced, suggesting the smartphone could launch in India with multiple RAM and storage options, along with a special edition variant. The handset is scheduled to launch on July 7 at 3:30 PM IST and will succeed the Nothing Phone 4a as the company’s new entry-level smartphone.
According to a tipster, the Nothing Phone 4b is expected to be available in 4 RAM and storage configurations and 3 colour options, including the already teased Blue variant. The leak also claims that the company is preparing a Special Edition of the smartphone. However, this differs from an earlier report that suggested the phone would be offered only in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants.
The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor and may feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also tipped to include a 50MP primary rear camera and a 5,400mAh battery.
Nothing has already confirmed that the Phone 4b will go on sale through Flipkart following its launch. The company has also confirmed that the smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon chipset, although the exact model has not been officially revealed.
In terms of design, the Nothing Phone 4b will feature a flat rear panel with a dual-camera setup positioned in the top-left corner. It will also include the signature Glyph Bar interface with a dedicated red recording LED. The handset is expected to have a power button and volume controls on the right side, an additional button on the left, and a hole-punch display for the front camera.
