Walsons Securitas India has promoted Gauri Grover as its Chief Operating Officer (COO), expanding her leadership responsibilities after more than 16 years with the organisation.

In her new role, she will continue managing her existing portfolio while also leading Operations and Sales, with a focus on improving alignment, agility, and customer value across the business.

Grover has played a key role in strengthening the company’s client service capabilities, driving innovation, and delivering operational excellence over the years. Most recently, she served as President – HR and Business Head, where she managed a business portfolio worth more than ₹250 crore and led a workforce of over 10,000 employees across India.

During her tenure, she led strategic growth initiatives, operational transformation, service innovation, and customer experience programmes across multiple industry sectors. She also introduced new service offerings that strengthened the company’s market position and contributed to double-digit revenue growth.

Grover played an important role in driving organisation-wide process optimisation, digital transformation of frontline operations, customer-focused service models, and operational efficiency initiatives that improved profitability and service quality. She also served as a trusted advisor to the Group CEO and Board on enterprise strategy, business transformation, and long-term organisational planning while building high-performing leadership teams.

Before joining Walsons Securitas India, she worked as Manager – HR & Training at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where she led corporate training and service improvement initiatives. Earlier, she served as Process Trainer – Operations at American Express, focusing on employee capability development and operational performance. She began her career as Team Leader – Operations at Standard Chartered Bank, gaining experience in customer operations, compliance, process management, and people leadership.

Grover holds a postgraduate qualification in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur. Her expertise spans business leadership, operational excellence, human resources, customer experience, workforce management, strategic planning, organisational development, digital transformation, and sales leadership. In her new role as COO, she will support Walsons Securitas India’s continued growth while strengthening its operational capabilities and customer-centric service delivery.
