Enterprise AI startup Hang Ten Systems has raised $32 million in a seed funding round led by Mayfield, with participation from Aramco Ventures and a group of angel investors. The funding will support the company’s plans to expand its team and scale AI engagements with global enterprises.

Founded by former Infosys CEO and former SAP Executive Board member Vishal Sikka, the Palo Alto-based company helps large enterprises deploy AI across business operations and software systems. Hang Ten focuses on AI-native software development using agentic code generation, reusable skills libraries and domain-specific expertise to reduce the cost and time involved in software development, customization, integration and maintenance.

Announcing the launch on LinkedIn, Sikka said the company is already working with global enterprises, including Fresenius and Siemens entities, to accelerate AI adoption across business operations. He described Hang Ten as an enterprise AI services company focused on enabling organizations to adopt AI at scale.

“Every single enterprise will be transformed by AI. A few are already reaping massive benefits, building in days what used to take years. But most are stuck at the starting line, or worse, and the gap is widening every day,” said Sikka.

According to the company, Hang Ten is currently delivering AI-native projects for customers across multiple industries, including Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy and Fresenius.

Sikka also revealed that Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang has joined Hang Ten’s board. The company is backed by Mayfield, Aramco Ventures and a group of Silicon Valley angel investors.

Sikka served as CEO and Managing Director of Infosys from 2014 to 2017. In 2019, he founded Vianai Systems, where he served as Founder and CEO until April 2026. He also serves on the supervisory board of BMW Group and has been a member of the board of directors at GSK since 2022.
