In his new role, Yedla will lead the India technology organization responsible for designing, building and scaling next-generation P&C insurance platforms. He will drive engineering initiatives powered by AI, advanced data, cloud technologies and modern software engineering to strengthen Nationwide’s digital capabilities and support millions of members worldwide.
Yedla brings more than 21 years of leadership experience across insurance, asset servicing, capital markets and financial technology. Before joining Nationwide India, he spent over 5 years at Northern Trust, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Head of Asset Servicing Technology & Site Lead. In this role, he led strategic technology initiatives while driving engineering excellence and organizational growth across the India technology center.
Earlier at Northern Trust, he served as Vice President, Head of Global Fund Services IT – Transfer Agency, Fund Accounting & Private Equity, where he led technology strategy and delivery for critical asset servicing platforms supporting global operations.
Prior to Northern Trust, Yedla held leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, serving as Director, Fixed Income Technology and Senior Manager, Fidelity Institutional Technology. He led engineering teams and delivered technology solutions supporting institutional investment and fixed-income businesses.
He also spent more than 11 years at Infosys, progressing through senior consulting roles, including Lead Consultant, Financial Service Consulting – Capital Markets and Senior Consultant. During this period, he worked with global financial services clients across India and the United States on capital markets, technology consulting and enterprise transformation initiatives. He began his career as a Consultant at Target HR, building a strong foundation in technology consulting.
With expertise across insurance technology, enterprise engineering, AI-enabled transformation, cloud technologies and large-scale technology leadership, Yedla is well positioned to advance Nationwide India’s vision of transforming P&C insurance through innovative digital platforms while strengthening customer protection, operational excellence and business innovation.
