
In her new role, Anisha will lead initiatives centered on culture building, learning transformation, leadership development, capability enhancement, and people growth strategies. She will play a key role in supporting NAB India’s efforts to build high-performing teams and deliver positive outcomes for customers, colleagues, and communities.
Anisha brings more than 17 years of experience across learning and development, capability building, organizational transformation, leadership development, talent strategy, and workforce effectiveness.
Prior to joining NAB India, she served as Director – Learning Transformation and Governance at Optum, where she led enterprise-wide learning transformation initiatives, governance frameworks, and capability-building programs. Before that, she held the role of Associate Director – Learning Transformation and Governance, contributing to learning strategy and organizational development efforts.
Earlier, Anisha spent nearly 8 years with British Telecom as Head of Learning and Capability. During her tenure, she led large-scale learning, talent development, and capability-building programs aimed at supporting workforce transformation and strengthening leadership effectiveness across the organization.
Her previous experience also includes serving as Senior Training Manager at Tech Live Connect, where she managed communication, technical, sales, and behavioural training programs. She also worked as Project Program Management Advisor at Dell International, gaining experience in program management, business transformation, and capability development.
Anisha began her professional journey in learning and consulting roles with Door Training and Consulting India, where she developed expertise in organizational learning, training, and leadership development.
With deep experience in learning transformation, workforce planning, capability development, culture building, leadership effectiveness, and organizational change, Anisha is well-positioned to support NAB India’s continued growth and innovation journey.
Her appointment highlights the growing emphasis organizations are placing on building future-ready talent, strong workplace cultures, and leadership pipelines that can drive long-term business success in a rapidly evolving business environment.
