Amrinder takes over leadership at a time when organizations across industries are accelerating investments in artificial intelligence, automation, predictive analytics, and digital transformation to enhance business operations and customer experiences.
With nearly 27 years of experience in global technology services, Amrinder brings extensive expertise in business growth, digital transformation, customer engagement, and international market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and India.
Before joining Bahwan CyberTek, he spent nearly 13 years at Hexaware Technologies, most recently serving as President – EMEA and APAC Operations. In this role, he led business growth, customer success, and operational excellence across several of the company’s key international markets.
During his tenure at Hexaware, he also held leadership positions including Corporate Vice President & Head of EMEA/APAC, Executive Vice President & Head of Europe, and Senior Vice President & Head of Europe. Across these roles, he played a significant role in expanding customer relationships, strengthening regional presence, and leading business transformation initiatives across multiple geographies.
Prior to Hexaware, Amrinder held several senior leadership roles at HCL Technologies, where he was responsible for business development and growth initiatives across the retail and consumer sectors in the United Kingdom and Continental Europe. Earlier in his career, he managed strategic accounts and business development responsibilities for HCL across India, Hong Kong, and the United Kingdom.
As Managing Director and CEO, Amrinder will lead Bahwan CyberTek’s next phase of growth with a focus on driving innovation, expanding global market presence, strengthening customer value, and enhancing capabilities in artificial intelligence, automation, analytics, and digital transformation.
His experience in scaling international businesses, managing complex customer environments, and leading transformation programs across global markets is expected to support the company’s long-term growth ambitions and technology leadership strategy.
