Integreon has announced the appointment of Krishna Nacha as its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), bringing on board a seasoned global business leader with more than 30 years of experience across business process services, technology-led operations, outsourcing, business transformation, sales leadership, and enterprise growth.
Nacha takes charge at a time when organizations are increasingly adopting technology-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency, enhance business performance, and scale in an AI-powered business landscape. Under his leadership, Integreon aims to strengthen its position in legal, creative, compliance, and business support services by leveraging its domain expertise and operational excellence to deliver greater value to clients.
Before joining Integreon, Nacha served as Head of Americas at Iron Mountain, where he led one of the company’s largest regional businesses. He was responsible for driving growth, customer success, operational performance, and strategic transformation initiatives across a broad portfolio of services and solutions.
Prior to that, he spent nearly a decade at Wipro Limited as Head of Enterprise BPO & Operations Transformation. In this role, he led large-scale business transformation programs and helped global organizations improve operational efficiency through technology-enabled business services.
Earlier in his career, Nacha held senior leadership positions at EXL Service, serving as Chief Commercial, Sales & Marketing Officer and Member of the Executive Committee, and at Capgemini as Regional Business Head. He also held leadership roles at Infosys Technologies, where he managed operations in Canada and led insurance and healthcare business segments. He began his professional journey with Hindustan Unilever and Coats India, building expertise in sales, business development, and market expansion.
Nacha holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka. His combination of business, technology, and operational expertise is expected to support Integreon’s growth strategy and innovation agenda as it continues to expand its global capabilities.
