In his new role, Sudhir will lead global services business transformation initiatives, strengthen executive enablement programs, and support efforts to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence across Schneider Electric’s services organization.
Prior to this appointment, he served as Vice President of Services and held several senior leadership positions within Schneider Electric. These included Vice President of Channels, Inside Sales & Global Field Services Hubs, as well as Vice President of Sales & Marketing Excellence, where he contributed to business growth, customer engagement, and organizational transformation initiatives.
Before joining Schneider Electric, Puthran held leadership roles at NCR Corporation, inTarvo Technologies Pvt. Limited, Lenovo, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, building extensive experience across services management, sales leadership, channel development, and business operations.
Over the course of his career, Sudhir has developed deep expertise in driving large-scale transformation programs, enhancing operational performance, and building high-impact business strategies across global markets.
With his broad leadership experience and strong track record in business transformation, Puthran is expected to play a key role in advancing Schneider Electric’s global services strategy while strengthening leadership capabilities and supporting long-term business growth.
