Dabur launches new GCCs to boost digital innovation and consumer engagement

In a move to accelerate its digital transformation journey, Dabur India Ltd has announced the establishment and expansion of 2 strategic Global Capability Centres (GCCs). The initiative is aimed at enhancing digital capabilities, improving consumer engagement, and supporting the company’s long-term growth strategy.

According to the company, the newly established Information Technology Global Capability Centre (IT GCC) will serve as a strategic hub that powers Dabur’s digital infrastructure. The centre is designed to build a resilient, scalable, and intelligence-driven technology ecosystem to support business growth across India and international markets.

Alongside this, Dabur has also introduced a Digital Marketing Global Capability Centre, which will act as a next-generation marketing engine. The centre will focus on delivering enhanced consumer experiences through advanced marketing technologies, artificial intelligence, and data-driven insights.

The company stated that the Digital Marketing GCC will help create more personalised and meaningful interactions with consumers while strengthening its digital engagement strategies.

Commenting on the development, Dabur India Global Chief Executive Officer Mohit Malhotra said, “At Dabur, we are reimagining our future through a sharp focus on digital, data and global capability building. The creation of our GCCs is not just about technology transformation; it is about building a more agile, intelligent and consumer-centric organisation.”

He further added that these centres will play a key role in scaling innovation, improving execution excellence, and integrating global best practices across the organisation. According to Malhotra, the initiative will help Dabur remain competitive, adaptable, and future-ready in an increasingly dynamic business environment.

The launch of these GCCs reflects Dabur’s continued focus on leveraging technology, artificial intelligence, and data capabilities to drive operational efficiency and strengthen customer engagement while supporting its broader digital transformation objectives.
