Chinangsuk Maji has played a key role in enhancing AFLI’s distribution strategy across regional and cooperative banking networks, contributing significantly to the company’s growth and transformation efforts. His appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on strengthening its presence across these important distribution channels.
Bringing more than 30 years of experience, Maji has built a diverse career spanning Life Insurance, Health Insurance, Hospitality and Education. Over the years, he has developed a strong reputation for building high-performing teams, driving business expansion and implementing innovative sales and distribution strategies across multiple markets.
Throughout his professional journey, he has held leadership positions with several leading insurance companies, including Axis Max Life Insurance, Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance, Tata AIA Life Insurance and HDFC Life Insurance. His expertise spans strategic planning, business development, channel management, stakeholder engagement and the creation of scalable distribution models that support long-term growth.
As National Head – RRBs and Cooperative Banking, Maji will focus on strengthening AFLI’s partnerships with Regional Rural Banks and Cooperative Banks while expanding the company’s distribution footprint across the country. He will also work toward accelerating growth within the channel and improving customer access to insurance solutions across India.
The leadership elevation reinforces AFLI’s commitment to expanding its reach through strategic banking partnerships and delivering insurance products to a wider customer base through trusted financial institutions.
