In his new role, Brad will lead the company’s global finance organization, overseeing accounting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, shared services, business intelligence and analytics.
The appointment follows the recent selection of Marc Thompson as Chief Executive Officer. Together, Thompson and Korch will focus on driving long-term growth, enhancing operational performance and advancing the company’s AI-powered enterprise hiring platform for corporate and frontline recruitment.

Korch brings extensive experience across corporate finance, investor relations and capital markets. Before joining iCIMS, he served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Head of Investor Relations at EverCommerce, a SaaS solutions provider for service-based SMBs. He also previously worked alongside Thompson at EverCommerce, supporting the company’s growth initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Korch held senior finance and investor relations positions at Zayo Group. He also gained experience in research and consulting through roles at Credit Suisse, Prudential Equity Group and Accenture. He holds an MBA in Finance from NYU Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University.
