Ankur Agrawal joins Accenture to lead HR service delivery initiatives after nearly two decades in talent leadership roles

With nearly 20 years of experience across human resources, talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, workforce planning and HR service delivery, Ankur brings extensive expertise to his new role.

Over the course of his career, he has built a strong track record across leading technology, consulting, and professional services organizations, contributing to talent transformation, recruitment excellence, and workforce growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Accenture, Agrawal served as Global Talent Acquisition Leader at Xactly Corp, where he played a key role in shaping global hiring strategies and leading talent acquisition initiatives. Before that, he worked with SLK as Associate General Manager – Talent Acquisition, focusing on strengthening recruitment operations, talent pipelines, and hiring effectiveness across the organization.

Earlier, he held the position of Leader, Talent Acquisition at Cisco, where he supported talent strategy and recruitment programs aligned with business growth objectives. He also worked with EY as Assistant Director – Talent Acquisition, contributing to recruitment leadership and people-focused business initiatives.

A significant part of his professional journey was spent with Deloitte India (Offices of the US), where he served as Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager for nearly 6 years. During this period, he gained extensive experience in recruitment management, stakeholder engagement, talent planning, and hiring operations across diverse business functions.

Prior to Deloitte, Agrawal worked with Collabera as Assistant Recruiting Manager, where he developed expertise in recruitment delivery, talent sourcing, team leadership, and client management.

He began his career with Sterling Hoffman Software Consultant India (Private) Limited as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, building a strong foundation in recruitment operations and talent acquisition practices.

With deep experience across talent acquisition, HR operations, workforce planning, and service delivery, Agrawal is well positioned to contribute to Accenture’s people strategy and strengthen its HR delivery capabilities. His appointment reflects the company’s continued focus on enhancing employee experience and building agile, high-performing talent functions.
