Further reinforcing its presence in India, Disney has leased 1.75 lakh sq. ft of office space in Bengaluru’s Bellandur micro-market. The move highlights the continued demand for large office campuses among global corporations expanding their operations in the country.
According to property documents, Disney (India) Private Limited has signed a 5-year lease agreement for 6 office units at RMZ Ecoworld Series 20, located along Bengaluru’s Outer Ring Road. The agreement carries a total rental commitment of ₹128 crore over the lease period.
The newly leased office space will support Disney India’s business operations. Over the years, the company has established a significant technology and operations presence in Bengaluru, with teams contributing to global functions across engineering, data, finance, and enterprise services.
The latest lease adds to a growing list of large office space commitments by multinational companies that are expanding their Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India. Bengaluru continues to remain a preferred destination for global enterprises looking to scale technology, innovation, and business support functions.
Industry data further highlights the city’s importance in the GCC ecosystem. According to a FICCI–ANAROCK report, GCCs accounted for nearly 40% of office leasing activity in 2025. Bengaluru alone contributed more than one-third of the country’s overall GCC demand, reinforcing its position as one of India’s leading business and technology hubs.
Disney’s latest expansion reflects the ongoing confidence of multinational corporations in Bengaluru’s talent pool, infrastructure, and growing role in supporting global business operations.
