In addition to taking over as CFO, Vidya will also serve as an Executive Director of the company for a 5-year term, further strengthening the leadership team of Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care Limited.

With more than 20 years of global finance leadership experience, Srinivasan brings extensive expertise in financial strategy, business stewardship, mergers and acquisitions, operational excellence, corporate governance, and global business services. Since joining Procter & Gamble in 2005, she has held several senior leadership roles across the United States, Latin America, the Philippines, and India, contributing significantly to the company’s financial transformation and growth initiatives.

Prior to her appointment as CFO, Vidya Srinivasan served as P&G India Group CFO, where she led financial strategy, governance, performance management, and business planning for the company’s operations in India. Her leadership supported strategic decision-making and business growth in one of P&G’s most important markets.

Earlier, she held the role of Vice President, Manila Global Business Services and Global External Reporting in the Philippines. In this position, she oversaw global reporting functions and business services operations, helping strengthen financial controls, reporting standards, and operational effectiveness across the organization.

Before that, Vidya Srinivasan served as Vice President, Source Plan Pay Operations – Global Business Services in Cincinnati. She led global operations covering procurement, planning, payment systems, and business process optimization, driving improvements in efficiency, governance, and enterprise-wide financial discipline.

Her international leadership journey also includes serving as Senior Finance Director – Latin America Baby and Fem Care, where she managed finance operations for one of P&G’s major consumer businesses in the region. She also worked as Associate Director – Global Business Development (Mergers & Acquisitions), leading acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and strategic business transactions.

Additionally, she held leadership positions across North America Fabric Care Finance and Global Business Services Finance, supporting business planning, financial analysis, enterprise stewardship, and IT transformation initiatives.

Before joining Procter & Gamble, Srinivasan worked with Verizon as a Senior Analyst and Citigroup as an Analyst, gaining valuable experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, and business strategy.

She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Her appointment reflects Procter & Gamble’s confidence in her ability to lead the company’s financial strategy, strengthen governance, and support long-term growth and value creation.
