In her expanded role, Prachi is leading enterprise-scale initiatives focused on integrating AI assets, accelerators, and intelligent automation capabilities into large delivery programmes. Her work is aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, driving innovation, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Before this elevation, she served as Manager and Senior Associate at PwC India, where she led Agile transformation, product governance, stakeholder management, and enterprise delivery initiatives across high-value engagements.

Prior to joining PwC India, Prachi Puravi held leadership roles at BT Group as Project Leader, HCLTech as Senior Specialist, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise as Project Manager. Through these roles, she gained extensive experience in project management, Agile methodologies, enterprise governance, and large-scale technology transformation programmes.

Prachi’s promotion reflects PwC India’s continued focus on strengthening leadership capabilities in AI-enabled delivery excellence, digital transformation, and business innovation.

With a strong background in technology transformation and programme leadership, Puravi is well positioned to support the company’s efforts in advancing AI-powered delivery models and driving impactful business outcomes.
