Over the years, Bizla has played an important role across the company’s retail, project, and regional sales businesses. He has steadily progressed through several leadership positions, including National Head – Project Business, Regional Sales Manager, and Cluster Head for South Asian markets such as Bangladesh, Nepal, and Bhutan.

His experience within KOHLER India has contributed to the growth of project business operations, regional market expansion, channel development, and customer engagement initiatives across the region.

Before joining KOHLER India, Bizla built strong expertise in sales leadership, key account management, and product strategy through his roles at Philips Lighting and OSRAM.

With extensive experience spanning project business management, regional growth strategies, channel development, and strategic customer relationships, Bizla is well positioned to lead KOHLER India’s sales operations across South Asia and support the company’s growth ambitions in the region.
