In his new role, Mr. Bhagavatula will lead initiatives spanning digital growth, geospatial data modernization, AI-driven data services, industrial autonomy frameworks, and enterprise transformation programs. His mandate will support industries including Energy, Utilities, Mining, BFSI, Healthcare, and Smart Cities.
Prior to joining TCS, Bhagavatula held several leadership positions at Cyient, including Director – Digital Transformation, Sustainability & Spatial Intelligence, Director – Digital Technology Advisory Group – Sustainability & Spatial Intelligence, Head – Industry Digital Growth Offerings, Director – Digital Solutions – Automation Tools, and Program Manager Entrepreneur – Smart Cities.
During his tenure at Cyient, he played a key role in advancing digital transformation strategies, spatial intelligence solutions, sustainability initiatives, automation platforms, and industry-focused growth programs.
Earlier in his career, he served as Head – Service Delivery & Technology at NSGIS India and co-founded Malloc Solutions Pvt Ltd, where he held the roles of Sales Director and eGov Principal Consultant – NISG. He also held leadership positions at Boston Communications Group Inc., V-Empower Inc. in association with Microsoft Corporation, Knowledge Infotech, and Java Softech Pvt Ltd.
Across a career spanning multiple industries and technologies, Bhagavatula has built extensive expertise in GIS, spatial intelligence, AI and machine learning, smart cities, cybersecurity, enterprise modernization, automation, healthcare technology, and large-scale global program management.
With his deep experience in digital engineering and geospatial transformation, Bhagavatula is expected to play a key role in advancing TCS’ capabilities in next-generation data, automation, and industry innovation.
