Sridhar brings nearly 30 years of experience across market risk technology, finance transformation, enterprise engineering, global delivery, product control systems, and large-scale technology management within the global banking sector.
Before joining Mizuho, he held senior technology leadership roles at UBS and Credit Suisse, where he led key initiatives spanning market risk IT, CFO technology transformation, finance architecture, and quality assurance modernization. His responsibilities extended across multiple regions, including APAC, the United States, and India, supporting large-scale banking and financial technology programs.
Throughout his tenure, he played a significant role in driving technology-led transformation, enhancing risk management platforms, and advancing enterprise-wide finance and engineering capabilities.
Earlier in his career, Sridhar Manickam worked with Pershing Technologies, iNautix Technologies, and SRA Systems. During this period, he contributed to the development of high-performance financial systems, point-of-sale platforms, semiconductor automation technologies, and large-scale enterprise software engineering solutions.
With extensive experience at the intersection of risk, finance, and technology, Manickam is expected to play a key role in strengthening Mizuho’s risk technology capabilities and supporting its continued growth in India.
