Prabhakar Pandey joins Syngenta Group to drive global HR data governance and people analytics

In his new role, Pandey will be responsible for leading the company’s global HR data governance framework, with a focus on data architecture, compliance, reporting standards, analytics, and the development of AI-ready HR systems that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Pandey brings extensive experience in HR analytics, data governance, workforce insights, and enterprise transformation, gained through leadership roles across several global organizations.

Before joining Syngenta Group, he spent nearly 9 years at Novartis, where he led global HR analytics and service delivery initiatives. During his tenure, he played a key role in shaping HR technology strategy, strengthening governance frameworks, and driving enterprise-wide analytics transformation programs.

Prior to Novartis, he held positions at Ocwen Financial Solutions Pvt. Ltd. – APAC, Vodafone, Serco, Baxter International Inc., and Aon Associates, building expertise across people analytics, HR operations, workforce data management, and business intelligence.

With a strong background in leveraging data to enhance workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness, Pandey is expected to play a pivotal role in advancing Syngenta Group’s global HR transformation and analytics agenda.
