Gaurav brings extensive experience across technology, digital marketplaces, healthcare, renewable energy, consulting, and manufacturing sectors.
Gaurav joins the company with strong expertise in HR transformation, talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, organizational growth, and culture transformation.
Before joining CarTrade Tech, he served as Chief Human Resources Officer at OLX India, where he led the organization’s people strategy and transformation initiatives.
Earlier at OLX Group, he held leadership positions including HR Director – Product, Data and Technology and Associate Director – Human Resources. During this period, he led HR initiatives across product, data, and technology hubs in India and Europe. He also drove employer branding, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, retention strategies, and hyper-growth talent initiatives while aligning HR priorities with business growth goals.
Prior to OLX, Gaurav worked as Vice President – HR at Rays Power Infra Limited, where he led HR transformation programs, developed organizational vision and values, and managed talent strategy for a workforce of more than 700 employees. He also partnered closely with the company’s co-founder on leadership and people initiatives.
He also co-founded euHReka Consulting LLP, focusing on employer branding, employee value proposition, and culture transformation strategies for organizations.
Earlier in his career, Gaurav held leadership roles at BD, leading HR business partnering, workforce planning, organizational design, succession management, employee engagement, and talent acquisition initiatives. He also worked with Escorts Limited and Fresenius Kabi, gaining experience across manufacturing HR, industrial relations, organizational capability development, and business partnering.
An alumnus of Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, where he completed his MBA in Human Resources, Gaurav has consistently led strategic people and culture initiatives across Indian and global organizations.
