Strengthening its global capability leadership, Sun Life has appointed Bianca Ilibasic as Managing Director of Sun Life Global Solutions. She previously served as Vice President & Chief Operations Officer, Sun Life Asia.
In her new role, Bianca will lead Sun Life Global Solutions across India and the Philippines, providing strategic direction to teams spanning Technology, Operations, Analytics, Actuarial, HR, Finance, and Risk & Compliance. She will focus on scaling SLGS as a high-impact enterprise capability supporting Sun Life’s operations across 28 markets.
During her tenure in Asia, Bianca played a key role in advancing straight-through processing, accelerating digital adoption, and shaping the company’s AI roadmap to support business growth. She also contributed to strengthening shared platforms and enabling scalable operational outcomes.
