This move brings to the company a leader with deep experience across global technology, connected devices, smart infrastructure, consulting, and industrial innovation.

Falck joins Nokia from Siemens, where she currently serves as Executive Vice President, Products, Smart Infrastructure Buildings. In this role, she has led global teams across product management, product development, and supply chain operations. She also previously held key leadership positions at Siemens, including Senior Vice President, Head of Business Segment Connected Devices, and Head of Strategy, Smart Infrastructure.

Before joining Siemens, Falck worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Helsinki as Managing Director and Partner, advising organizations on strategy, business transformation, and growth initiatives. Earlier, she progressed through several consulting and project leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group, building strong expertise in organizational strategy and innovation.

Prior to her consulting career, Falck held multiple leadership roles at KONE Corporation. Her responsibilities included Greater China new equipment strategy, product strategy, marketing, and broader strategy development. Her time at KONE strengthened her experience in industrial innovation, connected technologies, and international business growth.

Falck also served as a Board Member at Fluence, adding board-level exposure within the energy storage and technology ecosystem. Her academic and research background includes postdoctoral research at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Aalto University, where she focused on advanced scientific and computational research.

Her appointment reflects Nokia’s continued focus on AI-native networks, next-generation connectivity, and intelligent infrastructure as telecom increasingly converges with automation, AI, and advanced digital systems.
