AU Small Finance Bank has deployed a new AI-native Loan Origination System (LOS) in partnership with Dailoqa and Amazon Web Services (AWS), marking a major step in the bank’s plan to become a fully AI-native financial institution.
Built on Dailoqa’s Broccoli™ platform, the newly launched system replaces traditional workflow-based lending platforms with a context-aware and hyper-personalised ecosystem for sales and customer servicing. The move is aimed at improving customer experience while reducing dependence on legacy banking systems and rigid digital processes.
According to the companies, the platform is specifically designed to handle the regulatory complexity of the financial services sector. Unlike standalone AI pilots, the Broccoli™ platform follows a platform-first architecture that helps reduce operational costs, shorten change cycles, eliminate technical debt, and support faster workforce reskilling for AI-enabled banking operations.
Following the successful deployment of the AI-native LOS, AU Small Finance Bank has already started expanding the platform across its commercial banking and mortgage businesses.
The bank is also rolling out a multilingual AI-driven customer service platform along with a new engagement engine that is expected to manage nearly 25% of outbound customer calls.
To strengthen its long-term AI strategy, AU Small Finance Bank is additionally setting up an AI Centre of Excellence with support from Dailoqa and AWS.
The collaboration combines AWS’s cloud and generative AI infrastructure, powered by Amazon Bedrock, with Dailoqa’s expertise in agentic AI orchestration for banking workflows. The companies said the partnership is helping build a scalable, secure, and compliance-ready AI ecosystem for the banking sector.
The deployment reflects the growing shift within India’s financial industry toward AI-led banking operations, automation, and personalised customer engagement models.
