
Jaclyn brings extensive expertise across nonprofit organizations, education, employee relations, compensation, HRIS, benefits, labor relations, and organizational development.
Before joining Partners For Quality, she served as Senior Director of Human Resources at Propel Schools. In this role, she managed all HR functions for more than 500 employees, overseeing benefits, employee relations, HRIS, compensation, training and development, performance management, succession planning, labor relations, policy development, and compliance initiatives.
Prior to that, Jaclyn spent more than 7 years at EDMC, where she held several HR leadership and specialist positions. Her roles included Human Resources Director, Senior HR Generalist, Senior Employee Relations Specialist, Senior Compensation Analyst, and Compensation Analyst.
During her tenure at EDMC, she contributed significantly to organizational development, leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, compensation strategy, HR compliance, policy development, and workforce restructuring initiatives.
With a strong background in people strategy and operational leadership, Jaclyn’s appointment is expected to support Partners For Quality in strengthening its workforce initiatives and organizational capabilities.
