In a move focused on advancing enterprise technology, Samsung has introduced its Business Experience Studio (BES) in Gurugram, showcasing how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming multiple industries.
The newly launched studio highlights AI-led applications across sectors such as retail, healthcare, banking, education, and hospitality. Designed as more than just a display space, BES allows businesses to collaborate with Samsung and develop tailored, practical solutions that meet their specific operational needs.
Puneet Sethi from Samsung India emphasized that AI has become a core element in helping organizations improve efficiency and productivity. At the studio, companies can explore a range of solutions including interactive retail experiences, secure digital banking tools, and connected healthcare systems, all aimed at enhancing business performance.
Samsung is also aiming to expand the reach of these innovations beyond metro cities, with plans to bring such advanced solutions to smaller towns across India.
