
Praveen will lead end-to-end operations across teacher management, customer experience, and program delivery as the company expands its global footprint in K–12 AI and coding education.
In this role, Praveen will oversee teacher operations and community, customer service, and delivery systems. He will work closely with sales, product, and customer relations teams to streamline execution and reduce operational gaps.
Praveen brings over 16 years of experience across internet, edtech, and marketplace businesses. Most recently, at Apna, he led operations and helped scale annual recurring revenue from $0 to $11 million within 2 years. Prior to this, at Udacity, he scaled the India business to $6 million ARR within 18 months and later managed a global mentor network supporting a $100 million business.
Earlier in his career, he co-founded an agri-tech startup and held leadership roles at OYO, EduKart, and TACT, building strong expertise in scaling operations, marketplace models, and customer-focused delivery.
He holds an Engineering degree from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology and an MBA from Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, combining technical and business leadership strengths.
Commenting on the appointment, Vivek Prakash highlighted Praveen’s ability to build scalable operating systems and drive execution excellence, underlining his role in supporting the company’s next phase of growth.
This appointment comes as Codingal expands globally, with a stronger focus on standardizing program delivery, improving student outcomes, and building robust operational systems to support scale.
