In his new role, Deepesh Chhabra will lead marketing and partnership initiatives across Retail Assets, Corporate Banking, Cards and Loyalty, supporting the bank’s growth and customer engagement strategy.
Chhabra joins IndusInd Bank from Tata Digital, where he spent 6 years in multiple leadership roles, including Head – Business Growth & Loyalty, Lead – Business Growth & Loyalty, and Lead – Partnerships & Strategic Enterprise Accounts. During this period, he played a key role in building and scaling Tata Neu, driving loyalty growth, expanding the travel category, strengthening partner ecosystems and contributing to digital transformation initiatives.
Earlier, he worked with MakeMyTrip as Regional Key Account Manager, where he managed premium hotel accounts across West and Central India and delivered strong year-on-year business growth.
His career also includes roles at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group), Havells India Ltd, Jio Creative Labs and Accenture. Across these roles, he built expertise in marketing, sales, partnerships, key account management, trade marketing, brand solutions and client servicing.
With a diverse background across digital, travel and consumer sectors, Chhabra brings strong experience in building partnerships and driving marketing-led growth.
