In her new role, Roanne will focus on empowering leaders, enhancing workforce capabilities and strengthening a culture aligned with GSK’s patient-first purpose. She will also support teams globally in delivering better outcomes across medicines and vaccines.
Roanne Parry brings extensive global HR leadership experience. Most recently, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at CSL Limited, where she led enterprise-wide people strategies across global markets.
Prior to this, she spent over 20 years at GSK, holding multiple senior leadership roles across regions. Her most recent role at the company was Senior Vice President – Human Resources, R&D, where she led talent and organisational strategies for a critical business function.
Her earlier roles at GSK include SVP HR – Global Pharma Commercial, VP HR – Emerging Markets, and VP HR Business Leader – Pharma Europe. In these roles, she led HR transformation initiatives across complex global environments.
Roanne also held leadership roles across Central and Eastern Europe, as well as in corporate communications, R&D and consumer healthcare HR functions, building strong expertise in organisational development, leadership capability building and global talent strategy.
Parry began her career at Fedsure Holdings Ltd., where she held HR leadership roles and developed a strong foundation in people management and organisational development.
With nearly 30 years of experience, she is recognised for aligning people strategy with business transformation, building high-performing cultures and leading global talent agendas across diverse markets. Her return to GSK reflects the organisation’s continued focus on strengthening its people-first strategy at scale.
