Adobe welcomes Manoj Nagpal as VP, Global Delivery Center and Shared Services

Based in Bengaluru, Manoj will lead efforts to expand delivery operations, drive innovation and build high-performing teams to support the company’s global growth. In this role, he will report directly to Scott Bajtos, Global Vice President, Consulting, Customer Engineering & Customer Success at Adobe.

“India is a strategic hub for Adobe’s global delivery and innovation agenda. Manoj’s proven track record in driving customer success and helping enterprises realise value from digital transformation investments will help advance our shared goal of building customers for life,” Bajtos said.

Nagpal brings over 30 years of experience in enterprise technology and services leadership. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of OpenText India, where he led services and customer success operations while expanding the company’s presence in the region.

Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership roles at GXS, General Electric and Xerox, building strong expertise across global delivery, customer success and enterprise operations.

India remains a key market for Adobe, hosting its second-largest workforce with over 8,000 employees across 5 campuses. The appointment highlights the company’s continued focus on strengthening its delivery and innovation capabilities from India.
