In his new role, Srihari Paruchuri will focus on strengthening the company’s financial strategy, governance and operational excellence. He will also support Interise’s continued growth as it scales its infrastructure portfolio and enhances value delivery across its highway assets.

Srihari has been with Interise for close to 8 years, most recently serving as Head – Finance & Accounts. During this period, he managed finance and accounting operations across 17 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs), trust standalone operations, asset management and the investment manager. His responsibilities included ensuring compliance with SEBI InvIT regulations, managing treasury and taxation, coordinating with statutory and internal auditors, and leading budgeting, MIS reporting and variance analysis across entities.

He has also played a key role in asset valuation, policy formulation, due diligence and integration activities. His experience includes active involvement in mergers and acquisitions within the organisation’s portfolio.

Before joining Interise, Srihari worked at GVK as Manager (F&A), where he handled consolidated financials, tax compliance, financial projections and regulatory frameworks including SEBI, RBI and FEMA. He also gained experience at MB Holding Company LLC, managing MIS, budgeting and IFRS-based consolidation.

Earlier in his career, he spent over 5 years at Lanco, contributing to financial consolidation, regulatory compliance, budgeting and large-scale project finance operations across major power projects. His role involved complex financial reporting, tax compliance and coordination with auditors.

Srihari holds an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He has also completed the CFO Programme in Accounting and Finance from Wharton Executive Education, further strengthening his financial leadership expertise.
