In this role, Roy will lead marketing priorities, supporting the company’s focus on mobility innovation, customer engagement, business growth, and market leadership.

Roy brings extensive experience across sales, marketing, business strategy, regional leadership, commercial vehicles, operations, and technology-led transformation. Prior to this appointment, he served as Senior Vice President – Sales & Marketing at TAFE – Tractors and Farm Equipment Limited.

He also had a brief stint with Air India Limited as Vice President – Cargo, where he contributed to cargo business leadership and operations.

Earlier, Roy spent over 14 years with Tata Motors, holding multiple leadership roles across sales, marketing, regions, and product segments. His positions included Head – Sales & Marketing, Small Commercial Vehicles Cargo & Pick Up; Regional Manager – South; Regional Manager – East; Head Marketing – Light & Intermediate Commercial Vehicles; and Regional Sales Manager – Light & Intermediate Commercial Vehicles.

At the start of his career, he worked with Tata Consultancy Services as Business Relationship Manager, managing the British Telecom account. He also held roles at Tata Tea Limited, Tata Administrative Services, and Infosys, building a strong foundation across strategy, operations, technology, and business relationship management.
