In this position, Reddy will lead learning strategy, academic ownership, and content across the company’s degree, executive, AI, and university-partnered portfolio.
With over 9 years at upGrad, Reddy has been instrumental in building and scaling the organisation’s learning ecosystem. Most recently serving as Associate Vice President – Learning Experience, he led large-scale product innovation, including the launch of Generative AI programmes that saw rapid market adoption and set new benchmarks in time-to-market.
Over the years, he has established and expanded the GenAI learning vertical, strengthened global university partnerships, and driven AI-native programme design across content, assessments, and learner experience. His contributions include leading collaborations with institutions such as IIT Kharagpur and IIIT Bangalore, along with global universities. He has also played a key role in designing C-suite AI leadership programmes and next-generation learning models.
