Kabeer Biswas raises ₹102 crore for AI concierge startup ‘M’ ahead of launch

Kabeer Biswas’s new venture ‘M’ has raised ₹102 crore in a seed funding round, highlighting strong investor interest in AI-led consumer platforms.

The round was led by Peak XV Partners, with participation from Blume Ventures and CRED. The startup has been valued at around ₹300 crore post-money, based on regulatory filings.

‘M’ is positioned as an AI-powered concierge platform aimed at simplifying household management and automating everyday tasks. It is designed to help users manage daily coordination, decisions, and services through AI-driven workflows.

The company has been co-founded by Biswas along with Kartik Mishra, a former Dunzo executive, marking a new phase for the founders after their experience in the hyperlocal delivery space.

In terms of investments, Peak XV contributed around ₹46 crore, Blume Ventures invested approximately ₹37 crore, and CRED added close to ₹18 crore, reflecting early confidence in both the founding team and the emerging AI concierge category.

The startup, incorporated as Curious Digital Pvt Ltd., is currently in its early stages and has not yet been formally launched. The funding is expected to support product development, team expansion, and operational scaling ahead of its market entry.

The development highlights a broader trend in the startup ecosystem, where founders are leveraging AI to reimagine consumer services and build automation-first platforms.
